Please read these terms carefully before booking our eco-friendly cleaning services. By using GreenMop Studio, you agree to be bound by the following conditions governing our residential and commercial operations.
Service Description & Scope
GreenMop Studio provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. Our core commitment is to use non-toxic, family-safe, and pet-safe products exclusively.
The scope of each cleaning session is defined at the time of booking. Any additional tasks requested on-site that fall outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges and remain subject to our schedule availability.
Booking & Cancellations
All cleaning appointments must be confirmed in advance. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations to adjust our routing and staffing.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a late cancellation fee.
- If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the property conditions pose an unforeseen health or safety risk to our staff.
Pricing & Payments
Our pricing model is based on the square footage of the property, the current condition of the space, and the specific type of service requested. Estimates provided over the phone or email serve as a baseline and remain subject to change upon physical inspection of the premises.
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless a separate commercial invoicing agreement has been established in writing. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payments. Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by applicable law.
Eco-Friendly Products & Safety
GreenMop Studio strictly utilizes eco-friendly, biodegradable, and non-toxic cleaning supplies designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. If you require us to use a specific product of your own, you must notify us in advance.
We are not liable for any damage caused by chemical reactions or abrasive interactions resulting from third-party products provided by the client. We guarantee that our standard supplies are formulated to be safe for general household surfaces, pets, and children.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a thorough and efficient service, we ask clients to tidy up personal items, clothing, and documents before our arrival, allowing our team direct access to surfaces requiring cleaning.
- Provide clear instructions on how to access the property, including entry codes or key locations.
- Secure all valuable, fragile, or highly sentimental items prior to the cleaning appointment.
- Ensure that pets are secured in a safe area during the cleaning process to prevent stress, even though our products are entirely pet-safe.
Liability & Claims
While we take the utmost care in every property we clean, accidents can occasionally happen. GreenMop Studio is fully insured against structural damages directly caused by our staff's negligence during active service hours.
Any claims regarding damage or unsatisfactory service must be reported to our management team within 24 hours of the service completion. We will not accept liability for pre-existing damage, faulty installations, or general wear and tear.
